Shipping
Shipping costs will be added to the book price and calculated using the lowest available United States Postal Service rates.
If you would like additional shipping insurance, please indicate this when placing your order.
Payment
An invoice will be sent by mail or email after the books are shipped.
Payment can be made by check.
